Support for IE and iPad
Downloading Files on IE:
If you are experiencing difficulty downloading files, you may need to update your settings in Internet Explorer. First, open Internet Explorer and click Tools > Internet Options > Security.
Click Custom Level to open the Security Settings dialogue.
Scroll down to the Downloads heading and select Enable for automatic prompting, files and fonts. Click OK. When asked if you are sure, click “Yes”. Click OK again. After completing these steps, close all Internet Explorer windows. Then, open Internet Explorer again and attempt to download a file.
Disabling Pop-ups on the iPad:
To turn off your pop-up blocker on your iPad, click the Settings icon.
Scroll down on the right until you see Safari, then slide the Block Pop-Up button to the "off" position.
